Phelps has a cutie pie nickname for his sweetie pie, the gorgeous Caroline Caz Pal.
Phelps frequently texts Caz Pal with cute little messages and calls her.. Boo.
“He calls her ‘Boo.’ He texts her and says, ‘Hey, Boo, I miss you.’”
Phelps is serious about Pal, and their relationship is booming. Expect big news soon.
