In a recent article in the Las Vegas Review Journal, the girlfriend of Michael Phelps, Caroline Caz Pal finally opens up to the press.
Millions of Phelps fans want to know the story about the relationship between the 8 time gold medal winner of the 2008 Bejing games and Pal, the cocktail waitress at the Moon nightclub at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Caroline Caz Pal, who has been featured now is several provocative pictures online, is defending her actions and not spending too much time talking about her relationship with Phelps.
In a play on words describing her time in the public eye, Pal says "It's been like living in a fish tank the last couple days, with people tapping on the glass and me just trying to swim in little circles, like Nemo."
Further, Pal says the image online is not the image she was raised with..
"My parents are very conservative. I was testing their limits by being crop-top, miniskirt-wearing waitress."
With all the publicity, surely there would be some reaction from Phelps as he is often in Sin City working on his poker game until swim training starts again..
However Pal has other thoughts it seems according to the article..
When I asked whether Phelps has supported her since the story broke, she pursed her lips and scrunched her shoulders, body language that screamed "no comment."
Too bad. Phelps has real beautiful and strong young woman in Pal who would definitely be an asset to his public career.
